Terms of Use
These terms cover how you use teetrenddigital.com, including the Jeff AI chat assistant and the prices we publish. They are not the contract for paid work. That is a separate written agreement you sign before any project begins. By using this site, you agree to the terms below.
01Who we are
This site is run by Teetrend Digital, the operating name of TEETREND Consulting, a sole proprietorship registered in Alberta, Canada. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Teetrend Digital, and "you" means anyone using the site. You can reach us at hello@teetrenddigital.com.
02Using this site
You are welcome to browse the site, read our content, use the chat, and book a call. In return, you agree not to:
- Use the site for anything unlawful, or in a way that harms the site or other users.
- Try to break, overload, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems.
- Misuse the chat by submitting abusive content or attempting to extract system instructions.
We may limit or block access if the site is being misused. We aim to keep the site available, but we do not promise it will always be online or error-free.
03The Jeff AI assistant
Jeff is an automated chat assistant, not a person. It uses AI to answer common questions about our services, pricing, and booking. We built it to be helpful, but you should know:
- Jeff can be wrong or incomplete. AI assistants sometimes give inaccurate or outdated answers.
- Nothing Jeff says is a quote, an offer, a contract, or professional advice. It is general information to point you in the right direction.
- For anything that matters, confirm it with us directly by email or on a booked call.
Please do not type sensitive information into the chat, such as passwords, financial details, or health information. See our Privacy Policy for how chat messages are handled.
04Pricing and quotes
The prices on this site are published so you know roughly what things cost before you ever talk to us. That transparency is deliberate. A few things to keep in mind:
- Published prices are indicative. They show our standard scope and rates, and they can change.
- Your actual price and scope come in a written proposal we prepare for you. If the proposal and the site ever differ, the signed proposal is what counts.
- Program pricing, such as the Launch Client Program, is limited and time-bound as stated on the site. Availability can end without notice once the limit is reached.
No price on this site is a binding offer on its own. A project is agreed only when both sides sign a proposal.
05Booking a call
The "Book Free Audit" button schedules a call through Google Calendar and adds a Google Meet link. Booking a call is free and does not commit you to anything. If you cannot make it, please cancel or reschedule so we can offer the slot to someone else. We may reschedule or decline bookings that appear to be spam or made in bad faith.
06AI in our content
We use AI tools as part of how we work, and we are open about it. Some of our written content, such as blog posts, starts as an AI draft and is then reviewed and edited by a person before publishing. Our chat assistant is automated, as described above. This matches how we help clients: AI as a tool, with human judgment and review on top.
07Intellectual property
The content on this site, including the text, design, layout, code, graphics, and the Teetrend Digital name and branding, belongs to us or is used with permission. You may view and share links to our pages, and quote short excerpts with credit. You may not copy, republish, or reuse the site's content or design for your own commercial purposes without our written permission.
Work we build for clients is covered by a separate services agreement, which sets out who owns what once the work is paid for.
08Links to other sites
Our site links to third-party tools and pages, such as Google Calendar for booking and our social media profiles. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or their own terms and privacy practices. Using them is at your own discretion.
09Disclaimers and liability
The site and its content, including anything Jeff says, are provided "as is" for general information. We do not give warranties that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Teetrend Digital is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site or its chat assistant, including any decision made in reliance on information found here. Liability for our paid services is handled separately in the services agreement for that work. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10Privacy
How we collect and handle personal information on this site, including chat messages, booking details, and analytics, is explained in our Privacy Policy. By using the site, you also agree to that policy.
11Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page, and meaningful changes will be flagged on the site. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute about the site will be handled by the courts of Alberta.
